MOBILE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (H/F) SPECIALISING IN GARAGE EQUIPMENT

Vacancy is based in Sainte Geneviève des Bois (91 – Paris region).

Job description:
You will be responsible for installing and configuring new equipment at customer sites, providing training, repairing equipment breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance on garage equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include the following activities:

  • Installation and setup:
    • Ensuring that new equipment is correctly installed and set up at customer premises in line with a defined schedule;
    • Carrying out a handover and providing training for users.
  • Repairs and maintenance:
    • Managing the activity schedule (updates and appointments);
    • Managing your own stock of spare parts and consumables (vehicle and store)
    • Analysing breakdowns and identifying the parts to be changed;
    • Providing quotations and carrying out repairs following the customer’s approval;
    • Managing your repair orders;
    • Scheduling preventive hardware maintenance;
    • Advising customers.

Candidate profile:
You will hold a professional qualification involving at least two years of post-secondary studies in maintenance engineering with a successful track record in the field of at least two years. Your skills will cover the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
You will be operating in the greater Paris region (Île de France) and adjoining départements as required.
A category B driving licence is mandatory.

Job description:

Reporting to the MARKETING director and working alongside multiple departments (sales, procurement, customer services) you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product (from its initial concept through to launch and end of life).
The scope of your role will cover accessories, towing products and racking and storage.
Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Monitoring the market and competing products from a marketing perspective;
  • Regularly putting forward projects adapted to the needs of the market, including feasibility and profitability studies;
  • Developing and launching a range of products following a defined development plan;
  • Providing training and support to the sales force to back up product launches;
  • Driving and tracking the sales performance of your product or product range;
  • Managing the end of the product lifecycle (stock management, communications, etc.)

Your duties must meet our customers’ expectations and be aligned with the company’s defined sales strategy.

Candidate profile:

Three or four years’ post-secondary studies in business management or equivalent and at least five years’ confirmed experience in a similar post in the automotive or retail sectors.
Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint/Word/CAD software).
Bilingual in French and English is vital; fluency in a further foreign language is an advantage.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR/APPLICATION DEVELOPER (M/F)

Vacancy based in Clermont-Ferrand (63 – Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), to be filled on a permanent basis.

Job description:
Reporting to the MARKETING Director and working alongside the e-commerce, IT, and marketing departments, you will be responsible for producing integrations, updates, and corrections for the database that supports the electronic catalogues that make up our MECASYSTEMS application.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Updating the database
  • Optimising the process of identifying parts
  • Ensuring that errors are corrected (based on feedback from users, manufacturers, and catalogue benchmarking, etc.)
  • Ensuring that the application remains operative to optimise productivity
  • Maintaining and developing your skills and knowledge in respect of the automotive market
  • Performing fixes as part of the customer hotline

 

Candidate profile: 
You will have at least two years’ post-secondary education with experience in the automotive sector. Experience of working with automotive parts databases would be an advantage.
You will ideally be familiar with the automotive repair process and be capable of identifying parts
You will have expert knowledge of office tools, including Excel. Fluency in English would be an advantage.

A field-based post covering western France, to be filled on a permanent basis.

 

Job description:
Reporting to the sales and marketing managers, and working alongside the business support departments, you will be responsible for promoting, growing, and monitoring the progress of our Club Auto Conseil brand network.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Developing sales prospects and expanding our network by signing new partnership contracts
  • Leading and developing the network of members with the aim of increasing their turnover via a presence in the field (delivering communications, training on specific tools as well as coaching)
  • Engaging with the continuous improvement process for the network in order to address the members’ needs more closely (gathering information and implementing corrective actions and performing annual quality audit)
  • Supporting our members via technical supports (new regulations/training on tools/ analysis to improve profitability)
  • Ensuring that administrative matters are dealt with (drafting your travel route/drafting travel reports and action plans/updating customer databases/tracking and analysing KPIs)

 

Candidate profile: 
With three years’ post-secondary studies in sales and marketing, you will be able to demonstrate two years’ professional experience in driving network sales or in a role with a major focus on communications and customer relationships.
Expertise using Office software (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
Your ability to work independently in terms of your organisational skills, the ease with which you build relationships, and your dynamic nature will be vital factors in ensuring that you successfully meet the challenges of this role.
Knowledge of the automotive sector is an advantage.
Mobile role with 80% of time spent in the field.
